High Tide was founded by Mike Gresham (Micro) and Sonya Lacroix in 2011 in Thunder Bay, ON Canada. Our vision was to provide a safe, clean and professional tattoo shop for clients to receive high quality custom tattoo artwork in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
We proudly dropped anchor at 206 Park Avenue (across from the Casino) in the downtown core of Port Arthur. Currently we have 3 full-time tattoo artists at the shop, Mike (Micro) Gresham, Amy McKerracher and Ryan Pooman, and 2 apprentices, Hanna Koester and Sonya Lacroix.
Alongside tattoos, we also provide a variety of creative services, and sell a selection of hardcore, punk and metal band merch unique to Thunder Bay, jewellery, art prints, and more.
